Returns & Refunds
Please note, ALL hazardous items (both indoor and outdoor pyrotechnics) cannot be returned once purchased and all sales are final. This is due to the nature of the products which cannot be resold once they have been in the hands of the consumer as they could potentially have been damaged or tampered with.
However, if you receive faulty, incorrect, or missing stock, then we can carry out a full or partial refund. Please email us directly at sales@smokeflares.co.uk with the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Order Number
- Request and Reason for Refund
- Video and/or Photographic Evidence to Support Proof of Claim
Once received, a member of our team will get back to you with details of ‘what to do next’.
Please note, that you have up to 14 calendar days (from date of delivery) to file your claim. Any requests submitted after this period will be rejected.
